Excellent service all around! From the CarGurus listing with over 60 pictures to my just over two hours at the dealership, everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Justin did a fantastic job in replying to my initial email with specific information I needed before committing to driving almost 4 hours to see a car, and the manager agreeing to hold the car for me until i could drive there pretty much cemented the deal. It was the fastest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever had. Even with the 8- hour drive back and forth, I'd definitely buy from Brantmeier Ford again, and I highly recommend Justin if like me, you're looking for an easy going, "not your typical car salesman" nice guy who knows his stuff.

Amanda was GREAT! We test drove the Kia Optima and bought it in one night! Was in and out of there quick and everyone was very nice and genuinely cared about us and what we had to say. This will be my first dealership I check for cars from now on. Would recommend!

Very happy with our purchase. There was no pressure from Amanda Greene, our salesperson. She was happy to let us test drive many times before the actual purchase. Much different from some other dealers I have dealt with in the past. This is our second purchase in 2 yrs from Dick Brantmeier.

I drove an hour out of my way to Dick Brantmeier Ford after a let down at another dealer earlier that day. They just happened to have the exact used car I was looking for and right in my expected price range, and boy was I happy I made the drive. Keith Lichucki and the team there were very friendly and accommodating. Never once felt like I was getting a sales pitch, or pressured for more than I was looking for. I'd highly recommend doing business with this group of professionals. A+ from me!

Great service! Friendly and helpful sales and service staff and quick process in financing. My experience was very positive and I’m super happy with my car I purchased. My salesman Travis Korff is caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this car dealership.
